Being grounded deep in the healing nature of Paradise Canyon outside of Santa Barbara, specializing in Esalen Massage and working at Esalen currently, the energy and history of the style flows through our session. We will design the whole experience you are looking for, together. 

With 13 years of experience in a number of modalities, my goal is to hear you and listen as well with my years of experience. 

I want to understand your expectations and also, see what your body actually needs. We will harmonize in breath, just like syncing with the waves of the coast, and find a nurturing rhythm, and dance together energetically.  The magical synergy, or neuroregulation, comes from what we create together. 

These sessions are done in my studio, my home office, unless we choose another location. Other locations can be decided upon.
For security reasons, everyone will need to identify themselves with either a photo or a full name before booking if there is no reference or referral. Thank you for understanding this is not a spa and it is a somatic therapy session designed to meet you where you are and shift you into deep peace and restoration. My primary goal is nervous system regulation, as well as opening the structures of the body that are locked and holding tension patterns. Your body and spirit will also be held as you soften your cognitive grip, trusting, unfolding, and melting in a state of safety and peace. Bringing you back home to your body.

Esalen massage is based in Gestalt therapy of acceptance of the whole self, which restores and reharmonizes the bio rhythms and 10 systems of the body. 

In the end I will leave you and let you rest which allows the system to reoganismically reorder itself. A system reboot by gently going off line for awhile and resting. There will be lots of time and space. 

Deep tissue is not always the answer. 

A blend of modalities can heal the aches and pain. And with more space in the body, and release of tension, the wisdom of the system will heal itself, and the leave the soul refreshed and renewed. 

Sometimes we feel deeper is better. Maybe. 

And there are two definitions of the word deep. 

Many of us are usually we looped in a pattern of stress and conflict and peace would feel foreign if offered. A blend of both usually can settle the nerves into surrender and expansive peace. J
